pursuing your dreams except yourself.However bad a person might comment on either you or your work,just don't give heed to them.Negative comments will keep coming your way but that should not stop you at any cost.You should also try to distance yourself from those people who keep complaining always rather than finding a solution.People around you might keep talking about the exams being postponed or the exams being tough and what not?But you should definitely not give an ear to it.Everyone have different point of views;why would you get tensed listening to them?You might find that exam pretty much easier.One doesn't know unless and until one discover it all by their sheer effort?Isn't it?

Sounds crazy?But it isn't that crazy too.On the very first note,try to talk about your fears with any person whom you feel is reliable.This way you'll surely find a way out of your troubles.You will then have a mind completely free of any kind of negativities.Secondly,if at all,you still feel that it din't work for you then write down your problems in a book,that way you will be relieved a lot.Not sharing or not letting your mind speak will prevent you from facing the situation,even though you could have faced them much easily.Also you will not be thinking about it while you are writing your exams.So all you will be left to study and think about are your topics for the exam!So start preparing for them!!
8.Avoid Eating More Spicy And Oily Food

Our body needs nutrients of the right quantity and quality.But due to lack of time during exams we often tend to neglect our food habit and end up eating any type of food.Though they seem to be tasty they can actually cause a lot of problems for our health.Eating foods with more of oil and spice conntent can hamper our system very badly.We should be very careful with regard to the types of food we take during exams.Wrong consumption of food can bring along with it various types of diseases like nausea,vomiting,diarrhea etc.Well now who can actually afford to study in such a bad situation?
7.Try To Take Mock Tests

Sometimes even after much preparations,one may not be very much confident when it comes to facing the exams.However difficult it might be,finally we are the ones who are gonna face it.So,why not take a few mock tests before you actually take up your real exams.Though it will be a mock test,it will really help one a great deal to face the actual exams tension-free.During these tests you can come to know your strengths and weaknesses very easily.This will also help you to manage your time well during the exams as you can confidently attempt the known questions first.And one cannot cheat oneself.So what better it could be to test your ability on your own? 6.Indulge In Recreational Activities

"All Work And No Play Makes Jack A Dull Boy".Exams are definitely the time to study.But studying doesn't mean that one would always keep his face buried in a heap of books.Simply studying fetches nothing rather than increased amount of tension and tiredness.In between those busy schedule of yours,make time for your hobby like listening to music,gardening ,singing etc.But do not do them for such a long time that either you don't have time for your studies or you are so tired by such activities.Everything is good if they are kept at a minimal level.Such kind of activities makes your mind fresh enough to grasp more of what you are gonna study henceforth.They also keep you destressed and energetic.
5.Sleep

Our system is just like a machine which needs rest too.It is very necessary for one to have a sound sleep of atleast 6 to 8 hours a day.While at sleep,our brain tries to capture all those which we would have done all through the day and also helps to have a strong memory.Just keep studying all day with no good sleep at the end of the day would fetch no appropriate results;the reason being simple that our brain actually din't get any time to arrange all the learnt things.But even though some wish to sleep ,they just can't.But a regular practice of yoga and meditation can prove to be of much help to get a sound sleep.
4.Set Up An Appropriate Timetable

This is one of the vital things.Well,it may or may not sound that great,but then once you start working as per your timetable,then one can easily do all that they need to do during exams,which will not only destress them but also would help them to stay calm.It might be difficult at first to actually stick to it,but once you start dong it,it will on its own become a habit thereafter.Setting a timetable implies following it honestly.One should not set some senseless timings for the least important things.One should devote much of the time to studies and also make time for the recreational activities.This will also ensure that you have attended to all those important assignments of yours and not missed out on any!!
3.Eat Nutritious Food

A balanced diet is the one which includes all the required nutrients in the required amount.Food is the one which we either take in a very little amount or do not take at all during exams.But an empty stomach would end up giving you troubles and nothing else.Only when you are not hungry that the brain starts to give you all the outputs which you would have given to it the day before your exams.But eating doesn't mean that you would end up dozing off at your examination desk.Always eat how much you would need exactly.So,never miss out on that very important breakfast before you go for your exams!

Both of the above things is the most important of all.We have heard umpteen number of times that 'there is always a healthy mind in a healthy body'.Meditation and yoga helps to keep our body healthy,our mind stable and can actually help to concentrate more on our work.We often feel so tired,dull and unenergetic at the end of the day and during exams we get exhausted so soon.One can stay healthy just by practising some simple techniques on a daily basis.Meditation can work wonders when it comes to our internal working system.It ensures a good blood circulation,helps to maintain a good and normal functioning of heart,lungs and intestine.It also helps one to get rid of toxins and helps in the overall development of our body and mind.So,when this is the most important aspect during exams,why not we actually start practising it right now?

Water is that holy liquid which has got the capacity to work wonders!Our body,it is said,needs water the most.Just as a plant needs water for its growth and nourishment,so does our body too.Drinking about 8 to 10 glasses of water daily can actually replenish our system very well.Taking a sip of water can bring you great relief and can also help lower down your stress levels.So,you have not missed out on that glass of water,right?
